Alan believes communicating is critical to managing expectations and to ultimately delivering a successful transaction for his clients. Being chosen to represent someone in a real estate transaction is a great responsibility and one that Alan doesn’t take lightly. Handling someone’s real estate needs is serious business and the fact that it should be treated as such can’t easily be overstated. That being said, Alan leaves it up to the client to set the tone of how formal or casual the stage should be set. “Real Estate” is not necessarily synonymous with “fun” but with each successful close of escrow does come a gratifying feeling of accomplishment.
